You'll notice some updates to the user profile section soon. We are not just shuffling navigation for fun - there's a reason. We had to reorganize it a bit to make way for some new customer accounting features (coming soon).
You get to this section by going to Company > Users and clicking on a user's name to load their profile.
You will see a new page in the user's profile called Login Info. The following information has been moved to the new Login Info page:
- Username, Password and secret question and answer
- Activate/Deactivate user and reason for deactivation
- User's Locations (if your company operates more than one location on FSP)
- User's Role Assignment, user permission/preference overrides
Having all information related to login/access on one page will make it easier for you to grant login access to customers in the future.
